What You'll Do
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wayfair's mobile app platform — one of our largest growth levers — driving measurable increases in MAU, retention, and profitable growth
- Own end-to-end execution of the app's long-term strategic vision, defining the roadmap and sequencing required to evolve toward our preferred platform by focusing on seamless native-first journeys, habit and frequency, and differentiated experiences that give users a compelling reason to engage
- Modernize foundational app capabilities to deliver a best-in-class experience, build net-new app-only features, and champion an app-first mindset across the broader organization
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, using data-driven decision making and rigorous experimentation
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders, championing customer-centric product development at every stage
- Operate as a strategic cross-functional leader, influencing product direction, architectural decisions, and organizational priorities without direct people management responsibilities
- 8 years of product management experience, with demonstrated strategic influence in senior or principal-level individual contributor roles
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful customer-facing mobile products (iOS, Android, or React Native experience strongly preferred)
- Technical fluency sufficient to partner effectively with engineering on API integrations, platform architecture, and mobile infrastructure decisions
- Data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities at all levels of an organization
- Bachelor's degree in a specialty field or a related field, or equivalent work experience
