Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members during your shift to deliver outstanding customer service and efficient food preparation.
- Oversee food handling, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with food ordering to minimize waste and optimize supplies.
- Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a skilled and motivated team.
- Enforce food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and compliance with health regulations across all areas of operation.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Support kitchen management by coordinating food production, assisting with catering or banquet events, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Assist in managing shift schedules, budgeting tasks, and overall restaurant operations to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising staff, training team members, and managing shifts effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform inventory control tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
