Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. You will assist in meal preparation, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties

• Assist in meal preparation and food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency in quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
• Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
• Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.

We are looking for people who can work anytime between 9am-10 pm

We are looking to hire for both starting team members, leaders and managers in training. Promotion to a team leadership position is possible, once you've been trained and show an aptitude and readiness for such and will come quickly to experienced people. All positions up for grubs as it it a brand new restaurant.

• The ability to work daytime , night time and weekends ( open availability) will be a significant plus to your chances, as well.

All Our employees will average around $3 more in hour in tips after the base pay.
