Position Overview
We are currently seeking licensed or temporary-licensed therapists to join our Iowa City and Cedar Rapids locations. These positions are full-time contract positions, ideal for clinicians who enjoy autonomy and flexibility along with genuine collegial and supervisory support.

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, MFT, Psychology).
- Full licensure or temporary licensure in the state of Iowa (e.g., LMHC, tLMHC, LISW, tLISW, LMFT, tLMFT, Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist).
- Strong commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed, ethical clinical practice.
- Interest in collaborative, reflective work with a supportive team.
- Openness to somatic, experiential, or integrative approaches (experience welcome but not required).
