About The Role

As a Client Outreach & Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional service to our guests. From sharing the expertise of our services and products to ensuring every guest leaves with Unapologetic Confidence, your role is vital in creating moments that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Share the expertise of our services, products, and wax passes with guests, while enhancing the Guest Experience and upholding exceptional customer service
• Create organic and effective client target lists for specific promotional or incentivized outreach
• Engage with clients directly by making ~100 Daily Outreach Calls to recurring, lapsed, or new Guests for 9 Phoenix locations
• Produce outreach call targets and booking conversion results
• Analyze guest profiles and collaborate with passionate associates to maximize opportunities and your earnings potential.
• Participate in engaging guest outreach to bring the experts in waxing back to the forefront of your community.
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person while performing front desk operational tasks such as checking guests in and out, rebooking services, upselling, etc.

Requirements

Job Experience/Skill Set:

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in customer outreach / call center required.
• 6 months to 1 year of guest experience / POS software experience required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Ability to maintain an independent working environment and exhibit self-motivation to complete call lists and achieve goals.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition
  
  

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.
• Regular use of upper extremities to type, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
  
  

Work Environment

• Predominantly indoor working conditions.
• Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
• Noise level typically ranges from low to moderate.
• Fast-paced environment with intermittent periods of heavy workload.

Salary Description

Avg. $18-$29/hour incl. hourly base, bonus, and commission opportunities
