As an Assistant Center Manager at Wax Center Partners/European Wax Center, you'll use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence! This is a full-time position, with a generous base rate and bonus with unlimited commission potential. The position is highly sales-driven, and you control your earnings.

Requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including morning, evening, and weekends.
- Positive, personable, and detail-oriented.
- A sales background is strongly preferred.
- Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
- Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs and email etiquette.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
