As a Sales Assistant Representative you will be interfacing with inside sales, interlocking departments, and customers to make sure the experience of the customer is fulfilled from inception of a sales order to shipping This position reports to the Sales Assistant Manager and will be based out of your work from San Diego, CA. ****THIS JOB INCLUDES WEEKEND HOURS**** As the Sales Assistant, you will have an opportunity to: Consult prospects in the best use of the products, accounts management of the design, and installation process at the handoff from sales to completion of the installation View customer accounts through the systems to potentially upsell items Assist sales in final payment collection; as well as regular sales-related orders from the assigned sales representatives including product technical support as needed; to Actively process all sales/installation and design quotes for products; to travel as required; and to participate in all marketing and sales initiatives as needed. Liaise with current and potential customers to provide white glove brand & product introduction, onboarding to hardware and software, and ongoing support. Serve as direct point of contact for VIP partner needs and educate & inform them of product and brand news and opportunities. Occasional attendance at events for relationship-building, activation support, and multimedia content gathering. Receive and call on leads given. You have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer data entry skills Critical thinking Selling skills Organizational skills Computer literacy Customer service experience A passion for golf or the outdoor industry Pay Range: $67,100.00 - $89,100.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
