As a College Graduate Leader in our College Graduate Leadership (CGL) Program, you will be on an accelerated track to soar with a goal of becoming a future General Manager through a 24-month developmental assignment. In the CGL Program, you will elevate your leadership scope by moving through three roles in our store leadership structure: Customer Service Supervisor, Food & Beverage Manager, and Assistant General Manager. You’ll spend your days leading and motivating a team, driving sales results, and providing an exceptional experience to our customers. Program participants are eligible for a loan repayment benefit for a two-year duration, with a maximum benefit of $5,250 per year. Additionally, Wawa offers generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). We are Associate-owned, and you’ll become eligible for our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) on Day 1!
