What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender - 4pm - 9pm position at Waverly Heights?
Waverly Heights is currently seeking a part-time Bartender to join our team. Our Bartenders play a vital role in in our commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, while creating a warm and welcoming environment to all members of our community. Daily responsibilities include:
- Serve residents, family members and guests beverages in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Pour wine and beer.
- Knowledge of point of sale system to accurate collect payment for services rendered.
- Check identification of customers to make sure the meet minimum age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Determine when a customer has had too much alcohol.
- Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Perform opening and closing side work as assigned.
