Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Contract Recruiter to support enterprise-wide technology hiring initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of IT positions, including software engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and technology procurement.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand technical staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.Source, engage, and attract top IT talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job postings and candidate screening to interviews, feedback coordination, and offer facilitation.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technology openings.Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Collaborate with external staffing partners when necessary, ensuring alignment with company policies and hiring standards.Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in IT recruiting to continuously enhance sourcing strategies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.5 years of experience in IT recruiting within a corporate or agency environment.Demonstrated success sourcing and placing candidates in areas such as software development, DevOps, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and IT procurement.Strong understanding of technical skill sets, roles, and terminology.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday or similar).Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $32 - $37
