We’re looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at Wave Sushi in Maitland, Florida! Open for just a year, our fast-casual spot is already turning heads with its bold, innovative sushi creations like sushi pizzas, sushi hotdogs, sushi burgers, and more! We're looking for team players who are excited to grow with us and be part of something fun!

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare our signature sushi dishes with precision, care, and creativity.
- Wash, cut, and plate fresh ingredients, ensuring every dish looks and tastes amazing.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen with the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.
- Assist with inventory management and keep things running smoothly.
- Work as a team player, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a passion for sushi and loves experimenting with new flavors and techniques with at least one year of sushi rolling experience.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and stay cool under pressure.
- Is detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Must be a team player and contributing to a positive and fun workplace.
- Must be responsible for setting up and breaking down your workspace.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
