Duties
- Greet visitors and patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
- Locate, obtain, and verify patient insurance information accurately prior to appointments.
- Learn to navigate and manage daily scheduling, patient check-ins, and data entry using a couple of primary Electronic Health Record (EHR) software programs.
- Manage our multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently and providing clear, accurate information to callers.
- Schedule appointments, manage the office calendar, and coordinate patient flow to keep the clinic running on time.
- Perform basic clerical duties, including managing daily correspondence and handling patient check-outs and payments.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files while strictly protecting patient privacy and confidentiality.
