What You’ll Do
✔ Lead and motivate the team to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service.
✔ Oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow.
✔ Coach and train crew members, helping them grow their skills.
✔ Handle guest concerns and ensure high service and food quality standards.
✔ Manage shift responsibilities, including inventory checks, safety compliance, and labor efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous leadership or crew trainer experience (restaurant or retail preferred).
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
✔ Great communicator who can coach and motivate a team.
