As a Service Crew Member at Carr Family McDonald’s, you’ll play a key role in front counter, drive-thru, and dining room operations—ensuring every guest interaction is fast, accurate, and genuinely welcoming.
What You’ll Do
✔ Take orders with accuracy and efficiency across front counter and drive-thru channels.
✔ Create positive guest experiences by engaging customers with a friendly, service-first approach.
✔ Prepare and assemble orders quickly while maintaining food quality, safety, and accuracy standards.
✔ Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment in all service areas.
✔ Work as part of a high-performing team, supporting operations to keep service smooth and efficient.
