This position will administratively assist the Back Office Support department. Tasks include, but are not limited to: use The WCU sales and service principles in interaction with our internal and external members; processing various member related items (escrow administration and various account maintenances);account card and document management; record retention management and administration of records management system; operational training; operation audits; core processing clean-up and maintenance of data; assisting the OpsAdmin and Back Office Support Manager and other department managers as needed. This is a non-exempt position.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in a general office setting.
