Your day blends front-office administration—managing multi-line phones, assisting customers, entering purchase orders/invoices, and prepping international shipping manifests—with active warehouse logistics, including staging orders, running material handling equipment, loading freight, and lifting up to 70 lbs. Starting at $17.25 / hour, you unlock a massive $6.50/hour attendance bonus (elevating your effective wage to $23.75/hr!) alongside 2 weeks of accrued PTO and paid holidays following your 90-day probationary period. - Provide dual-threat operational coverage bridging customer service, office administration, and hands-on warehouse logistics.
- Serve as the welcoming voice and face of the company: operate multi-line phone systems, direct calls, greet visitors, and assist clients with order inquiries.
- Execute day-to-day front-office data entry, general filing, copying, and basic Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) invoice support using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
- Prepare detailed domestic and international shipping documentation, bills of lading (BOLs), customs declarations, and packing slips.
- Pick, pull, verify, and stage finished goods in the warehouse according to customer work orders with 100% accuracy.
- Perform heavy hands-on material handling: load, unload, stack, palletize, and band manufactured products weighing up to 70 lbs repetitively.
- Safely operate industrial sit-down forklifts and material handling equipment around production machinery and staging lanes.
- Execute occasional outdoor facility maintenance and yard staging duties as assigned.
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant 5S workstations across both the front office and plant warehouse floor.

- Starting Pay Rate:$17.25 / hour during the initial 90-day probationary period.
- ATTENDANCE BONUS BUMP: Following your 90-day probationary period, you become eligible for a $6.50 / hour attendance bonus (bringing effective pay up to $23.75 / hour)!
- Schedule: 4-Day Workweek — Monday through Thursday (40 hours per week).
- Built-In 3-Day Weekends: Enjoy every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday completely OFF!
- Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-hour daytime shifts — start early, wrap up early!).
- Dress Code: Casual industrial attire (leather steel-toe work boots required upon hire).

Requirements for Operations & Warehouse Support Specialist:
- Versatile Experience: Balanced background covering office administration, customer service, or data entry combined with active warehouse or physical plant experience.
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: High-stamina role requiring the ability to consistently lift, move, stack, and carry up to 70 lbs repetitively throughout the shift, alongside prolonged walking, standing, and bending.
- Computer & Software Proficiency: Confident alphanumeric typing skills, basic mathematics ability, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); prior QuickBooks or ERP experience is a major PLUS.
- Measurement Skills: Proven ability to read and work from a standard tape measure accurately.
- Equipment: Prior industrial forklift operating experience is strongly preferred.
- Workplace Standards: Strict adherence to a clean, drug-, alcohol-, and tobacco/smoke/vape-free campus. (Note: Personal cell phones and recording devices are not permitted inside the facility and must remain secured in your vehicle).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; reliable personal transportation to ensure punctual 6:00 AM arrivals.
