- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawers, ensuring proper debits and credits.
- Promote financial products and services to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
- Monitor for signs of fraud and adhere to security protocols to protect customer information.
