Compensation: $160/day (partial days paid on hourly basis) daily rate. Starting 15th day, rate moves to $244.46 per day
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Iowa License (teaching or substitute teaching).
- Special Education Endorsement, preferred
- Expeience in a special education classroom, preferred
General Responsibilities:
Acting within the substitute handbook, performs duties of the absent classroom teacher. The substitute teacher is responsible for providing instruction and managing the learning environment. The position reports to the building principal or designee at the location to which they are assigned.
