- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures to meet or exceed financial targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated and professional team.
- Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors.
- Oversee reservation systems, including multi-line phone systems and front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes with exceptional phone etiquette.
- Monitor hotel safety protocols, conduct night audits, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the property.

Experience
