Our Dentistry Treatment Coordinator engages with patients and helps them stay on course with their treatment plans. We're looking for a very communicative person who can speak about sensitive topics (like finances) respectfully and empathetically. What You'll Bring:

Dental coordination experience would be a huge plus, but it isn't required for the right person. Here's what we need from our Dentistry Treatment Coordinator:

In This Role, You'll:

Our Dentistry Treatment Coordinator works 8:30 am - 6:00 pm (Monday), 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday), and 7:00 am - 1:00 pm (Friday). By coordinating with patients, doctors, and dental staff, you'll help keep our office busy and our patients on track with their dental treatments You'll make a meaningful difference by:

Presenting treatment plans, clearly explaining their benefits, and encouraging patients to schedule future appointments

Empathetically discussing costs, insurance, and payment options with patients and answering any questions

Working with patients and dental staff to keep treatment smooth and seamless

Maintaining patient records and following up to ensure patients stick with their treatment

Helping patients however possible and empowering them to make the best decisions for their dental health
