Watsontown Brick, a General Shale company and leading manufacturer of brick and sustainable building materials, is seeking a motivated Shipping and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbia, SC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Print and process load tickets for outbound shipments.

Receive and verify inbound materials per audit and inventory guidelines.

Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.

Perform data entry and order processing in SAP (shipping, receiving, CPU, RMA, IC, etc.).

Support inside sales, including product selection and matching brick, stone, and mortar.

Process cash sales and maintain accurate records.

Communicate effectively with sales, drivers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Provide administrative support and assist with departmental needs.

Follow all safety, health, and quality standards.
EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
-
2–5 years of customer service experience; inside sales or shipping/receiving preferred.

SAP experience a plus.

Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with a commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality.
SKILLS:

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.
