The receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, vendors, residents and others. Answering phones and taking messages in a professional manner.
Job Duties:
- Must be able to Multi-task.
- Provides assistance, guidance, and direction to visitors and vendors. Ascertains the nature of visitors' business, responding accordingly.
- Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety standards.
- Maintains log of items received; delivers or arranges for the delivery of items to residents and appropriate personnel.
- Maintains directory and files on active and discharged residents, their location, resident status, and other pertinent information according to established procedure.
- Directs inquiries regarding resident condition to appropriate personnel.
- Assists in care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.
Job Qualifications:
- Recommended Experience: 1 Year as a Receptionist
- Experience in Healthcare Environment Preferred
