Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
Strategic Project Planning
- Collaborate with project teams (PM, Supervisor, Foreman and Superintendents, etc.) to define layout and prefabrication opportunities and scopes during early project development.
- Participate in design coordination and planning meetings to influence decisions that optimize field execution through prefabrication.
- Develop and implement standardized planning processes to improve efficiency, sequencing, and repeatability across projects.
- Coordinate with project team to create detailed layout plans that align with prefabrication capabilities and just-in-time delivery.
- Establish workflows and processes that connect preconstruction data (e.g., layouts, schedules, logistics) to prefabrication execution plans.
- Implement feedback loops between planning and field teams to refine future project strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with PM, Supervisor, Foreman, Superintendents, Estimators, and VDC teams to align planning efforts with project delivery goals.
- Educate project teams and stakeholders on prefabrication strategies, planning workflows, and best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams to share lessons learned and continuously improve preplanning frameworks.

- Able to read & understand project schedules flow & sequence of project build from start to finish
- Proficient in using Blue Beam Revu
- Proficient in excel
- Must have a working knowledge of electrical trade & installation methods.
- Must be able to interpret electrical design & translate into overall complete installation layout.
- Underground / SOG
- Overhead – all electrical systems
- Tie-Ins – all electrical systems
- In Wall – all electrical systems
- Low Voltage Systems
- Complete Feeders & Distribution Systems
- Equipment layouts including electrical / telecom rooms
- Development of pre-fab PIP’s
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-4 years experience in CAD or Design environment
- Electrical background a must
- Proven track record of success in Planning Environment
