Responsibilities include: 

• Service customers at the counter and over the phone by taking orders and entering them into the system accurately.
• Recommend product solutions and upsells to customers. 
• Provide product, pricing and availability information to customers.
• Retrieve orders from warehouse quickly and accurately.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, picking orders and stocking inventory.

Hourly pay $22.00 - 26.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• Plumbing/HVAC experience preferred
• Excellent customer skills and phone skills
• Team player
• Able to follow written instructions and procedures
• Able to perform basic math
• Understand inventory, warehouse, and stocking procedures
• Knowledge of company products
• Basic computer skills
• Be able to lift 50 lbs over head
