Responsibilities include: Service customers at the counter and over the phone by taking orders and entering them into the system accurately. Recommend product solutions and upsells to customers. Provide product, pricing and availability information to customers. Retrieve orders from warehouse quickly and accurately. Assist with receiving deliveries, picking orders and stocking inventory.
