What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Owning pieces of the financial statements and general ledger
- Driving month-end close (and making it smoother each month)
- Keeping everything GAAP-clean and audit-ready
- Managing reconciliations, cash flow analysis, and reporting
- Finding smarter, faster ways to improve processes
- Helping strengthen internal controls
- Supporting leadership with forecasting and financial planning
- Making sure the day-to-day accounting engine runs the way it should
You won’t just be “processing.” You’ll be improving.
What Makes You a Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or something closely related
- Solid understanding of GAAP and compliance basics
- Experience with accounting systems
- Solid Excel skills (you know your way around the essentials)
- Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Clear communicator who works well with others
