Copy Center & Party Store Associate — Full-Time
We have two shifts available 9:30-6:00 & 10:00-6:30 Monday - Friday
(occasional Saturday 10:00-6:00 if short staffed)

About the Role
Watkins Printing & Party Store is looking for a reliable, hardworking associate to join our copy center and party store team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who takes ownership of their work, learns quickly, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. What You'll Do
Copy Center
- Handle customer print, copy, and binding orders from start to finish
- Operate and maintain copiers, printers, and finishing equipment
- Help customers with basic design/layout requests and file setup
- Keep orders accurate and on schedule
Party Store
- Assist customers with balloons, decorations, and party supplies
- Run the register and process transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, manage inventory, and keep the sales floor organized and appealing
- Spot opportunities to upsell and suggest add-ons that help customers and the store
Across Both Departments
- Deliver friendly, attentive customer service that keeps people coming back
- Identify ways to work more efficiently and reduce waste
- Communicate proactively with management about inventory needs, issues, or ideas
- Cross-train and cover both departments as needed
What We're Looking For
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic — this is a must
- Comfortable with basic math, cash handling, and using a computer/POS system
- Good communicator who's comfortable talking with customers
- Detail-oriented — order accuracy matters
- Business-minded: someone who notices what drives sales and speaks up with ideas
- Prior retail, print shop, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Schedule
Full-time, approximately 35–40 hours/week. Weekend and evening availability occasionally needed.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
