What you will do:
- Lead a two-person crew installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor-air-quality add-ons.
- Design, fabricate, and set sheet-metal duct systems to spec.
- Train helpers, complete digital checklists, and close out jobs on an iPad.
- Keep truck, tools, and job sites spotless—protecting the Watkins reputation.
- Continuously learn and grow your skills through training and development opportunities.
- Represent Watkins Heating & Cooling with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:

What you bring:
- EPA Certification
- 3 year of Experience
- Understand and comply with OSHA rules and regulations
- Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software
- NATE certification preferred but not required
