ABOUT THIS LEAD HVAC INSTALLER JOB
You'll work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with overtime available. You'll start your day from home and drive straight to the job site.
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll install HVAC systems, making sure everything is done safely and up to code. You'll lead a team, keeping projects on track and solving any issues that come up. You'll test the system, make sure it runs smoothly, and walk the customer through how it works. Keeping records of the installation and following all safety guidelines will be part of your daily routine. Most importantly, you'll use your skills and leadership to ensure each job is completed with quality and care.
Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need:
- 3 years of HVAC installation experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Valid KY Journeyman HVAC License and driver's license
- Expertise in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with all OSHA regulations
- References that showcase your expertise and professionalism
- Excellent leadership and team management skills preferred
