We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Inside Sales Representative with strong outbound sales experience. This role focuses on lead generation, cold calling, customer relationship management, upselling, and closing sales. Ideal candidates are motivated, organized, and driven by performance-based compensation.
Core Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound cold calls, cold emails, and lead follow-up
- Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads and manage the full sales cycle
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate water treatment and filtration products
- Conduct product presentations and explain pricing, features, and benefits
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software and update prospect databases
- Research target accounts and identify new business development opportunities
- Grow assigned territories by calling on prospective accounts
- Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Engage prospects through social selling, networking groups, and digital platforms
- Track sales activities and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Bilingual required)
- 1 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or business development preferred
- Proven ability in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
