Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales / Account Manager to join our Houston-area team at our Missouri City, TX location. This on-site role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys supporting dealer partners while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
You will manage a portfolio of dealer accounts, respond to inquiries, provide product guidance, and proactively uncover upsell and expansion opportunities. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
-Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners
-Manage assigned accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
-Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide product recommendations
-Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and support
-Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in the CRM system
Qualifications
-Experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service
-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-Ability to identify customer needs and sales growth opportunities
-Water treatment industry experience is a plus, but not required
-Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
