Weekend-Focused Opportunities (High Priority)
- Every Other Weekend schedules available across all shifts
- Ideal for RNs seeking consistent hours with increased autonomy and leadership presence
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts as desired
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Full-Time (RN eligible)
- Part-Time (Every Other Weekend)
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Full-Time (RN eligible)
- Part-Time (Every Other Weekend or Set Part-Time Schedules)
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Full-Time (RN eligible)
- Part-Time (Every Other Weekend)

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia
- Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess resident conditions, intervening as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and facility standards
- Support and guide nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs
- Respond to changes in condition and emergencies with clinical judgment
