What You’ll Do
· Participate in realistic training scenarios as a role player
· Follow scripts and instructions to support training objectives
· Engage in light improvisation to enhance realism
· Observe exercises and assist in creating immersive environments
· Provide feedback during post-exercise debriefs
· Maintain professionalism and adhere to safety guidelines

· Paid Initial Training Class provided
· No background in military, law enforcement, or acting required

Requirements
· Must be 18 years or older
· Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving record
· Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
· Willingness to follow directions and learn basic navigation skills
· Availability for flexible, part-time work
· Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor

Security Clearance
· Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance (sponsorship provided)
