We provide comprehensive roofing and exterior services, including replacements, repairs, service, and preventative maintenance.
Due to rapid growth in our company, we are hiring experienced and motivated commercial roofing technicians who are ready to grow with a strong, team-oriented company.
What You’ll Do
- Remove, install, and repair commercial roofing systems
- Work with single-ply, asphalt, metal, and shingle roofing systems
- Work independently or as part of a crew
- Assist Foreman with directing laborers (Foreman-level candidates)
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
- Follow all safety standards and company protocols
- Attend required company meetings
- Provide professional, customer-focused service
Job Site Responsibilities
- Assist with job site setup and cleanup
- Operate power tools and roofing equipment
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Experience with commercial or industrial roofing systems
- Sheet metal fabrication/installation experience (preferred)
- Ability to work at heights on flat and sloped roofs year-round
- Strong commitment to safety
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid work authorization required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
