Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000

Your Role:
As the Senior Project Manager for our defense and government programs, you'll own program execution from contract award through customer acceptance, leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical programs on time, on budget, and in full compliance with government contracting requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Lead full program lifecycle execution from contract kickoff through design reviews, testing, and final customer acceptance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government and prime contractor customers during formal program reviews
- Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, contracts, and program leadership to keep deliverables on schedule
- Maintain risk, issue, and decision registers, and proactively resolve program risks before they impact delivery
- Ensure program activities comply with applicable federal contracting and security requirements
- Provide regular executive-level reporting on program status, financials, and risk
What You'll Bring:
- 8 years of program or project management experience, including work on U.S. government or defense-related programs
- Experience working within federal contracting and compliance frameworks (e.g., FAR/DFARS, CMMC, NIST 800-171, ITAR/EAR)
- Demonstrated experience leading formal customer program reviews and technical milestone events
- PMP or PgMP certification preferred
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person and be able to work without visa sponsorship
