What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller & Finance Operations Leader position at Waterstone Human Capital?
The Opportunity
We are conducting a Controller search on behalf of a fast-growing health technology company based in Salt Lake City. This organization has built a strong track record in personalized health solutions, a loyal customer base, and a product ecosystem that continues to scale — and they need a sharp financial leader to grow with them.
This is not a back-office role. The Controller / Finance & Operations Leader will be a true strategic partner — the financial glue of the organization — with direct visibility to senior leadership and a mandate to build a modern, AI-enabled finance function from the ground up.
