Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer Inquiries: Manage customer inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and in person.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Offer exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating Schedules: Work with dockhands and other team members to manage booking schedules efficiently.
- Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
- Assisting with Operations: Help with general office tasks and support other staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Willing to work outdoors.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Boating license and livery license (if you don’t have these, you can obtain them during training)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environmen.
Prior watersports experience is preferred but not required; we’re willing to train the right candidates.
