SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Ministry Services Associate will assist in the daily operations of the Church Extension Fund. This includes certain clerical duties as assigned.
REPORTING
The Ministry Services Associate reports to the Chief Lending Officer and Vice President, Church Extension Fund.

BROAD JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain current property insurance information on all active loan clients
- Scan documents related to the Church Extension Fund
- Maintain and verify insurance information on property offered as collateral for loans
- Service loan payoffs including releases of mortgage, paid promissory notes, and any other documents related to loan payoffs
- Prepare and mail any letters or correspondence as necessary
- Answer roll-over calls for main phone line
- Aid Director of Loan Administration with loan closings, etc.
- Daily transactions submitted through Client Connections or via email
- Input new congregations into iPhi
- Process mail as needed
- Assist in the administration of Kingdom Investment accounts as needed, including opening accounts, processing transactions, and engaging in client contact by phone and email
- Any other duties as assigned by the Chief Lending Officer and Vice President, Church Extension Fund.
PREFERENCE GIVEN FOR APPLICANTS WITH EXPERIENCE IN LOAN PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATION.
JOB CLASSIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- As a Christian organization, WatersEdge qualifies for a religious organization exception to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Therefore, this position requires active membership in a Southern Baptist church (which is defined as a church which is cooperating with Oklahoma Baptists).
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- This position generally works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
- Travel and operation of a vehicle may be required.
