Busser

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking busser to support our front-of-house team and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. The busser plays an important role in ensuring efficient service by clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

The ideal candidate is team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, bar, and service areas
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service when needed
• Assist servers in delivering food to tables when appropriate
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies (napkins, silverware, glassware, etc.)
• Polish glassware, roll silverware, and prepare items for service
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of floors and walkways
• Assist with opening and closing side work duties
• Communicate with servers and managers to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude with guests and team members
• Follow health and sanitation standards
  
  

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
