Water’s Edge Counseling of Savannah is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a new Client Care Coordinator to our team! In addition to client care, this role includes using your creativity in light marketing and outreach to help spread the word about our impactful services.

What You will be Doing?
You’ll be a key part of our front-end operations—making sure clients feel supported and our systems run smoothly. Here’s a look at the kinds of things you’ll enjoy doing:
- Chatting with new clients over the phone to conduct warm, welcoming intake assessments
- Matching clients with the right therapist based on their needs and availability—like a connection expert!
- Scheduling appointments by coordinating calendars for multiple providers with care and efficiency
- Keeping things running behind the scenes by accurately entering info into our EHR system
- Using your creative side with light marketing tasks like social media, community outreach, and referral building
- Helping the team stay on track by tracking intake metrics and conversion rates
What We are Looking For?
- A friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with great organizational and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and juggle priorities with a calm attitude
- Comfortable and compassionate on the phone with clients
Bonus points if you have 3–5 years of administrative experience or have worked in a mental health or healthcare setting.
