Watermelon Swim is seeking a Back-of-House Customer Service Representatives to join our melon-tastic team in our Riverview and Wesley Chapel locations. We’re looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, client-focused, and motivated to support our mission of safety and community.
As a key member of Team Melon, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and internal systems.
- Assist clients with scheduling, account questions, and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate information flow and a seamless client experience.
- Support Front Desk team as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Organized, dependable, and friendly individuals with a service-oriented mindset.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience (behind-the-scenes support preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with multi-line phone systems, databases, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and professional.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
