🍉Watermelon Swim is looking for a friendly, driven Inside Sales Representative to help families enroll in life-saving swim lessons. You’ll work with warm leads only (that’s right — no cold calling!) and help parents say “yes” to safer swimmers.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with families by phone and email to guide them through enrollment
- Follow up on warm leads and confidently close registrations
- Work with a positive, high-energy team that celebrates wins together
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Comfortable with multi-line phones
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word)
- Organized, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- 18 years old
- Seeking for either full-time or part-time availability.
