Duties

  • Approach potential customers directly at their homes or businesses with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Present product or service offerings clearly, highlighting benefits tailored to customer needs
  • Conduct effective negotiations to close sales and secure commitments
  • Utilize telemarketing techniques such as warm calling to follow up on leads and generate new opportunities
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software like Salesforce
  • Engage in business development efforts by identifying new markets and outreach strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local campaigns and promotional activities that support sales goals

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively
  • Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, telemarketing, or technology sales preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer data and tracking sales progress
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
  • Proven success in inside sales, outbound calling, or marketing initiatives
  • Ability to conduct technical or product demonstrations confidently during door-to-door visits
  • Business development expertise to identify growth opportunities within local markets
