Waterfront Marine is looking for a Boat Detailer/Cleaner to join our team! This position is responsible for cleaning and detailing new and used boats to ensure they meet high-quality standards for delivery and display.
Position Details:
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional weekends required)

Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and detail new and pre-owned boats for customer delivery and showroom display
- Wash, wax, and buff boat exteriors to maintain a polished appearance
- Vacuum, wipe down, and sanitize boat interiors, including seats, consoles, and compartments
- Remove stains, mildew, and debris from surfaces using proper cleaning products
- Ensure boats are properly prepared for customer pickup or showroom presentation
- Assist with launch preparation and boat staging as needed
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in boat, auto, or RV detailing is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be available for weekend shifts as needed
