We are excited to welcome team members who take pride in supporting kitchen operations and contributing to an exceptional guest experience. The Dishwasher/Prep Cook plays an important role in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen while assisting with food preparation and daily culinary operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dish area
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks including washing, chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients
- Restock kitchen supplies and assist with receiving deliveries as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Remove trash and recycling and keep work areas clean throughout shifts
- Support cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks during service
- Help with opening, closing, and general kitchen maintenance duties
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Schedule
- Full-Time, Part-Time, and Seasonal opportunities available
