You will also be responsible for supervising and interacting with children during indoor/outdoor activities, shaping positive student behaviors through effective strategies and techniques, and maintaining records and files. Additionally, you will operate equipment and machines necessary for the program's operation and function as a positive role model for our students.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of child growth and developmental behavior, as well as knowledge of student behavior management strategies and techniques. You should also be able to communicate effectively in oral and written form, perform routine clerical tasks, and utilize instructional materials to enhance a positive educational environment.
