Human Resources Specialist FT

Waterford Public Schools  has an immediate vacancy for a team-oriented individual.The Human Resources Specialist is knowledgeable in key areas such as on-boarding and recruitment.  Previous school HR experience with a working knowledge of electronic on-boarding and employee self-service key in this role   The successful candidate will  demonstrate the ability to work as a member of a team, solve problems independently and a willingness to go above and beyond to support staff and the District.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

Minimum of  five years of related Human Resources experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
Google, Canva, and Paycom experience preferred.
