SWING SHIFT FULL TIME RESIDENTIAL ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: WILL TRAIN, no previous experience necessary.
- Provide structure and supervision for students in a multi-level building and community setting.
- Establish yourself as a mentor (teach, model, encourage, support, listen)
- Attend weekly staff meetings and all required company trainings.
- Co-facilitate activities.
- Assist and facilitate skills development classes.
- Document skills development services.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
