Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing day-to-day marketing initiatives that support the Bank’s retail, commercial, and community banking teams. This is a highly hands-on role that partners closely with internal departments to deliver marketing materials, manage campaigns, coordinate events, and maintain a consistent brand presence across all channels.
This position is focused on tactical execution and is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys managing the full marketing lifecycle, from concept through completion, while collaborating with business leaders to support growth, product launches, and client engagement initiatives. The Marketing Manager also oversees external agencies, vendors, and contractors, and plays a key role in organizational communications and public relations efforts
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day marketing activities supporting retail, commercial, and community banking initiatives
- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and in-branch channels
- Produce and coordinate marketing materials including collateral, presentations, signage, and digital content
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support product launches, promotions, and strategic initiatives
- Participate in project planning and new product rollouts, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Manage organizational communications, including internal messaging, external announcements, and brand updates
- Lead public relations efforts directly or through third-party firms, including media coordination and community outreach
- Plan and coordinate events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels
- Manage external marketing agencies, vendors, and contractors, including scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Track and manage marketing projects to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of marketing experience with demonstrated hands-on execution responsibility
- Experience working within or for a financial institution such as a bank, credit union, or financial services firm
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors or agencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to execute marketing initiatives from concept through delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing experience within a community bank or regional financial institution
- Experience managing public relations efforts and media relationships
- Familiarity with banking products, services, and regulatory considerations related to marketing
- Experience supporting product launches and cross-functional initiatives
- Event planning and community engagement experience
- Strong understanding of brand management and integrated marketing campaigns

Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- This role may require flexibility in working hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or off-hours support, to uphold our commitment to 24/7 client service availability
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment with regular use of computers and office equipment
