Role Description The Water Operator is a full-time, on-site role located in Midland, TX. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring water treatment and distribution systems to ensure safe, high-quality water for customers. Day-to-day tasks include starting, stopping, and adjusting pumps and related equipment, performing routine inspections of plant systems and pump stations, recording operational data, and responding to alarms or service requests. The Water Operator will assist with system maintenance, chemical handling, basic troubleshooting of mechanical and process issues, and support safe loading, delivery, and transfer of water. The role requires adherence to safety procedures, coordination with dispatch and field teams, and maintaining clean and organized work areas to support 24/7 operations.
