The company delivers bulk drinking water, R.O./D.I. water, tank rentals, and R.O. system support on both routine and emergency schedules, 24/7/365. Customers in the Permian benefit from same-day service, and most other service requests are fulfilled within 24–48 hours. Team members support reliable, responsive water solutions for industrial, commercial, and emergency needs, helping ensure safe and consistent water supply for a broad customer base.
Role Description The Water Operator is a full-time, on-site role located in Midland, TX. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring water treatment and distribution systems to ensure safe, high-quality water for customers. Day-to-day tasks include starting, stopping, and adjusting pumps and related equipment, performing routine inspections of plant systems and pump stations, recording operational data, and responding to alarms or service requests. The Water Operator will assist with system maintenance, chemical handling, basic troubleshooting of mechanical and process issues, and support safe loading, delivery, and transfer of water. The role requires adherence to safety procedures, coordination with dispatch and field teams, and maintaining clean and organized work areas to support 24/7 operations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Plant Operations and Process Control to safely operate and monitor treatment and distribution systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment to manage purification processes and meet quality standards.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Pump Stations to operate, inspect, and troubleshoot pumping equipment and associated controls.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, handle chemicals responsibly, and work in outdoor and industrial environments.
• Strong attention to detail, recordkeeping, and basic mechanical aptitude.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a 24/7 service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in water, wastewater, or industrial operations is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving and background requirements.
